Edward Casagrande is a sculptor whose work is full of movement and joy. Its whimsical, celestial quality is undeniable. He employs cross-cultural symbolism garnered from his longstanding fascination with anthropology and archeology. His sculptures wrap man’s eternal search for his place in time and space in a cloak of optimism and humor. DEB 2009
